Day 1: Nuts & Bolts Day 2: Programming Fundamentals Day 3: Troubleshooting Challenges Day 4: Putting it all Together Within 48 hours of the scheduled class start date, you will receive an email with next steps and important details, including materials, software requirements, and virtual class guidelines.

Cancellation Policy
1. Payment & Non-Refundable Deposit All training courses require payment in full at the time of registration. A $200 non-refundable deposit is included in the total course tuition and is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation, rescheduling, nonattendance, or withdrawal. Registration is not confirmed and a seat is not guaranteed until payment has been received and processed. Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of registration without notice. 2. No-Refund Policy All payments are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including cancellation, rescheduling, withdrawal, partial attendance, failure to complete the course, or failure to meet course requirements. Failure to attend or complete the course for any reason constitutes a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling. Failure to complete required pre-work, prerequisites, or participation requirements does not relieve the participant of financial responsibility. 3. Exigent Circumstances & Discretionary Credit In the event of a documented, unforeseen exigent circumstance (including but not limited to a medical emergency), a participant may submit a written request for consideration. Any accommodation is granted solely at the discretion of the training provider and is not guaranteed. If approved, a one-time credit may be issued equal to the total payment minus the $200 non-refundable deposit. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and must be used within twelve (12) months of issuance. Supporting documentation is required. 4. Rescheduling & Transfers Approved credits may be applied to one (1) rescheduled course only. Failure to attend the rescheduled course will result in forfeiture of the credit. Registrations and credits are non-transferable without prior written approval. 5. Cancellation by Training Provider If the training provider cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment, the participant may elect to receive either a full refund or a credit toward a future course. The training provider is not responsible for additional costs incurred by participants. 6. Acceptance of Policy By registering for and paying for a course, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this policy.
